KANG Industrial Vice Brake Bender BDS-4
Turn your existing bench vice into a powerful mini metal brake with the KANG 100mm Vice Metal Bending Brake BDS-4. This heavy-duty accessory is designed for fabricators, sheet metal workers, auto restorers, HVAC technicians, and hobbyists who need to create precise, clean bends in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium up to 2mm thick. Simply magnetically secure the cast iron body to the top of any 100mm or larger vice jaw. The included segmented blades (two 25mm and one 50mm) let you make straight or box-style bends up to 90° with excellent control.
Magnetic Mounting System. Quickly and securely attaches to the top of your bench vice – no bolts or clamps needed. Fits KANG vices perfectly and works with most other 100mm+ vices.
100mm (4") Bending Width. Ideal for small to medium sheet metal projects; handles material up to 100mm wide in one pass.
Segmented Hardened Blades. Includes 25mm (x2) + 50mm (x1) steel blades for flexible bending options, creating straight bends or multi-sided boxes and trays.
Up to 90° Bends. Produces clean, accurate angles in a single operation for professional-looking results.
Max 2mm Material Thickness Sheet Bender. Bends mild steel, aluminium, and thinner stainless steel with ease (capacity varies slightly by material type).
Versatile Applications Sheet Metal Bender. Great for automotive repair (patch panels, brackets), HVAC ductwork, electrical enclosures, custom brackets, prototypes, and home fabrication projects.

3. Residential delivery for heavy package (Over 30kg) would have extra cost, you will be contacted with the Fee, or we deliver package to nearest fright depot.
4. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

Returns
1. 10 Day acceptance period from date of delivery. Damage claims and order discrepancies will not be accepted after this time.
2. You must obtain a KANG Industrial issued RGA number PRIOR to returning any materials.
3. Please ensure returned goods are well packaged and include the parts/invoice as requested
4. Altered items are not eligible for return.
5. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
6. We reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee and in addition charge for "making good" any damaged or used items returned including items damaged in transit.
Warranty
1. KAKA Industrial provides 12 months warranty for this product from the date of purchase.
2. Please note that this warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, alterations, lack of maintenance or consumable parts.
3. The original end-user must give written notice to Seller of any suspected defect in the Goods prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
