KANG Industrial Manual Panbrake W-3616Z
The KANG W-3616Z is a manual panbrake folder (also known as a Box and Pan Brake) designed for bending sheet metal up to 915x1.5mm. It is built to high standards using a rugged plate steel construction and an electro-welded framework to ensure minimal flex and precise angle control, even when operating at full capacity. The machine features segmented, removable fingers to allow for the creation of complex enclosed shapes.
Robust Construction. The most significant advantage is the rugged plate steel construction and electro-welded framework. This superior build quality is designed to maintain accuracy and prevent the beam from flexing or twisting, ensuring crisp, accurate bends across the full 915 mm width.
High Capacity and Length. It combines a substantial working length of 915mm with a heavy-duty capacity of 1.5 mm mild steel (full width), making it versatile for both large panels and thicker materials.
Box and Pan Functionality Includes an assortment of 6 removable fingers (1*25.4mm, 1*50.8mm, 1*76.2mm, 1*203.2mm, 1*254 mm, and 1*305 mm) that allow for the easy creation of fully enclosed boxes, pans, trays, and special profiles, a capability not possible with a straight brake.
High-Angle Bends Capable of bending sheet metal up to 135 degrees, which is essential for creating acute angles, compensating for material spring-back, and forming closed seams or hems.
Operator-Friendly
Counterweight Assist: A heavy counterweight helps the operator lift the apron, reducing physical strain, especially when bending thick material at full capacity.
Adjustable Finger Gap: Features a finger gap adjustment on both sides of the brake, allowing precise setting for different material thickness.

3. Residential delivery for heavy package (Over 30kg) would have extra cost, you will be contacted with the Fee, or we deliver package to nearest fright depot.
4. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

Returns
1. 10 Day acceptance period from date of delivery. Damage claims and order discrepancies will not be accepted after this time.
2. You must obtain a KANG Industrial issued RGA number PRIOR to returning any materials.
3. Please ensure returned goods are well packaged and include the parts/invoice as requested
4. Altered items are not eligible for return.
5. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
6. We reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee and in addition charge for "making good" any damaged or used items returned including items damaged in transit.
Warranty
1. KAKA Industrial provides 12 months warranty for this product from the date of purchase.
2. Please note that this warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, alterations, lack of maintenance or consumable parts.
3. The original end-user must give written notice to Seller of any suspected defect in the Goods prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
