KANG Industrial BS-1018B, 254mm Capacity Band Saw
This is a heavy-duty, large-capacity horizontal metal-cutting band saw from KANG, designed for professional fabrication shops, metalworking trades, and industrial light-to-medium production. The BAND SAW BS-1018B base model uses a step pulley system for fixed speeds, making it reliable for efficient straight and mitre cuts on pipes, bars, structural steel, and profiles up to 10" (254mm) round
Massive Cutting Capacity: Ø254 mm round or 127 × 457 mm rectangular at 90° — easily swallows 200–250 mm RHS, 10" pipe, or 150 × 150 × 10 mm angle in one pass. No more multiple cuts or flipping stock like with the hobby saws
2 HP (1.5 kW) Single-phase Motor: Runs on a normal 240V outlet, cuts thick or solid mild steel bar without bogging down
4-Step Pulley Belt Drive: The belt absorbs shock on heavy cuts and lets you pick the perfect speed (29–95 m/min at 50 Hz) for steel vs. aluminium. Belt slips before anything expensive breaks.
Hydraulic Downfeed with Fine Control: Set the feed rate and walk away. Consistent pressure = longer blade life and cleaner cuts than manual lowering bandsaw
Quick-Locking Swivel Vice: Tru-lock system clamps odd shapes fast and rock-solid. Saves minutes on every cut compared to the slow screw vices bandsaw machine

Returns
1. 10 Day acceptance period from date of delivery. Damage claims and order discrepancies will not be accepted after this time.
2. You must obtain a KANG Industrial issued RGA number PRIOR to returning any materials.
3. Please ensure returned goods are well packaged and include the parts/invoice as requested
4. Altered items are not eligible for return.
5. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
6. We reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee and in addition charge for "making good" any damaged or used items returned including items damaged in transit.
Warranty
1. KAKA Industrial provides 12 months warranty for this product from the date of purchase.
2. Please note that this warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, alterations, lack of maintenance or consumable parts.
3. The original end-user must give written notice to Seller of any suspected defect in the Goods prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
